The Declarations of the Brave Ecstatic Woman

Too often we accept the declarations that others have made concerning our own lives, our wellbeing or our fate. It is crucial that we recognize that in order to achieve what we want in life, we must not give our power away to others by accepting their declarations concerning our affairs.

When one decides that she (or he) will boldly declare;

  1. wealth and/or good fortune
  2. health and wellness
  3. happiness and confidence

… (and others), in relation to their own life, that is where the magic happens.

Declarations are meant to Encourage you to take Control of the Influences in your Life

They are suggestions to positive things that you can speak about your own life. This is instead of accepting whatever has been said about you. Whether it be in the past and/or by others who did not wish for you to excel. With declarations such as the ones I will include below, you have the authority to plant the seeds of love, empowerment and victory in your garden.

These actions with take the act of crowdng out the weeds of negativity that may already have taken root!

Just like in a garden you may have to pull and pull until you get the weeds out.

You may need to go back day after day removing the persistent ones.

Sometimes, the negative comments and declarations of others have taken such a stronghold in our lives, that we must persist until we see the light in ourselves. And, don’t be discouraged if you don’t reach your goals overnight. Developing and practicing your declarations will take both patience and consistency. But you will get there.

Writing them down is the Greatest way to Manifest them

Writing out your declarations means that you have to get really clear and specific about what it is that you want. It also helps you to identify the little things that are important to you, that otherwise we might not be able to articulate and put in words. Declarations should be clear, because that makes the manifestation process so much easier and faster.

To receive the things that we want/need, we first have to prepare ourselves for them.

Learning to receive the power, is as important as learning declaring the things that we want in our lives. When we start to focus on the things that are really important to us, we become more sensitive and open, as well as more aware and able to respond when opportunities arise.

By writing down and creating a focused intention, we clearly prepare ourselves to be ready for said things. Your attention for receiving becomes refined and you subconsciously begin to create space in your life for the ask. By creating the space and letting go of the stuff that is holding us back and no longer serving us, we begin to manifest our desires much simpler.

Think it. Ink it. Show it. Know it.

This title, one from my book Brave Ecstatic Woman, is a clear action on the manifestation discussed above. What I speak about there is the importance of pen to paper. Taking it back old school … but electronically words can disappear. They become strokes on a keyboard versus the intentional act of a pen in your hand and paper awaiting its touch.

Additionally, when I refer to show it this of course doesn’t suggest you divulge your deep dark secrets to everyone but I want to quote something I believe you will resonate with …

‘… whatever you want to make happen in your outer world you need to make present in your outer world’

This may include declaring your commitment to your craft, a love letter or a chart of your health goals. Whatever your desires are, align your decelerations with them and start to take action. Sharing your dreams and desires with others takes courage.

And I believe you have it.

The Declaration of the Brave Ecstatic Woman

(these are an excerpt from page 200 of my book Brave Ecstatic Woman)

I have the right to have money and financial ease.

I have the right to have pleasure.

I have the right to be loved.

I have the right to know myself and beyond myself.

I have the right to express myself freely.

There are several more I have included in the book and I do suggest that after the first word of ‘I’, you include your name before continuing. This practice will help make your declarations more tangible to you, and for those needing some grounding, that too.
